After School Soccer Late Pick-Up Policy

Please note: This process is assessed on a case-by-case basis. Depending on the circumstances, some incidents may result in a formal warning.

Session Finish Time

All After School Soccer sessions finish at 4:30pm.
Players will be ready for collection at the designated pick-up location at 4:30pm.
All players must be signed out by 4:40pm at the latest.

10-Minute Grace Period (4:30pm – 4:40pm)

We understand that occasional delays can happen.
A 10-minute grace period is provided. No fee applies during this time.
If a parent/guardian has not arrived by 4:40pm, our team will begin contacting the listed parent/guardian via phone.

Late Pick-Up Fees

To ensure fairness to our coaching staff and maintain a safe, structured environment, the following late fees apply:

Tier 1 – 4:41pm–4:50pm
$25 Late Fee

• Automatically charged to the card on file
• Reminder notice sent

 

Tier 2 – 4:51pm–5:00pm
$50 Late Fee

• Automatically charged
• Formal written warning issued

 

Tier 3 – After 5:00pm
$75 Late Fee

• Automatically charged
• Phone discussion required
• Repeated incidents may result in suspension or removal from the program

 

Emergency Procedure

If a parent/guardian is more than 10 minutes late and cannot be contacted:

• Emergency contacts will be called
• If you know you will be late, please call us immediately.
