What this covers
This policy covers the delivery of any physical merchandise you buy from Hollier Sports, like apparel and equipment. Our programs are services you attend in person, so there's nothing shipped for those. How returns and refunds work is set out in our Returns, Refunds and Cancellations policy.
Where we ship
We ship within Australia. If you're outside Australia and would like to order, contact us at hello@holliersports.com and we'll let you know whether we can help.
Shipping cost
We charge a flat $10 shipping fee on orders sent to you, applied at checkout. If you'd rather not pay for shipping, you can choose free in-person pickup instead (see below).
Processing and delivery times
We aim to process and dispatch orders within 5 business days. Once dispatched, delivery usually takes [4 to 10] business days depending on where you are, though times can vary at busy periods or with delays outside our control. We'll send you tracking details where they're available.
In-person pickup
You're welcome to skip shipping and collect your order in person, free of charge. Choose pickup at checkout and you can collect from your head coach at a session, or from Hollier Sports headquarters. We'll let you know when your order is ready and arrange a time that works.
If something goes wrong
If your order hasn't arrived in the expected time, arrives damaged, or isn't what you ordered, contact us at hello@holliersports.com and we'll make it right. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply to anything you buy from us.
