Help Us Be Better

We're always trying to be a better program for your kids, and the best ideas almost always come from families. What's your child loving, what would make their experience better, what have we missed, what could we do differently. We genuinely want to hear it, the good and the not-so-good. Telling us isn't a hassle for us, it's how we improve, and raising something never counts against your child.

Share Something with Us

You can talk to your coach or the head coach at a session, email us at hello@holliersports.com, or use the form at the bottom of this page. Whatever's easiest. Tell us what's working too, not just what isn't, because knowing what to keep doing is just as useful to us as knowing what to fix.

If something's gone wrong, we want to make it right. If it's about your child's safety, you can also contact our Child Safety Officer, Daniel Hollier-Smith, directly at coachdan@holliersports.com or 0450 078 401.

What Happens Next

We treat everything you share respectfully and we act on it. We'll let you know we've heard you, look into anything that needs it, bring in the head coach or management where it helps, and come back to you with what we've found and what we're going to do. If something needs more time, we'll tell you rather than leave you wondering. Your child stays the focus the whole way through.

For Our Players

If you're a young person at Hollier Sports and something doesn't feel right, or you've got an idea to make sessions better, we want to hear that too. Talk to any coach, or ask a parent to help you reach us. Speaking up is always okay, we'll listen, and we'll take you seriously. You'll never be in trouble for telling us something.

When it's About Behaviour or Safety

If your feedback is about how we've handled behaviour in a session, our Behaviour Management Plan explains the process we follow and what you can expect from us. If you're worried about your child's safety or another child's, our Child Safety Policy and Code of Conduct sets out how we respond and report concerns, including the steps we're required to take.

If We Haven't Got it Right

If we've responded and you're still not happy, tell us and we'll look again. We'd always rather work it through with you. For anything we can't resolve together, you can also raise it with an outside body: the ACT Human Rights Commission oversees the ACT Child Safe Standards, the ACT Ombudsman handles reportable conduct involving staff, and Access Canberra deals with consumer matters. For anything involving a child's immediate safety, call the police on 000.
