Standard Program Expectations
Purpose
These are the expectations we hold for players and families across every Hollier Sports program. They're here so everyone knows what taking part involves, and so our sessions stay safe, respectful and fun for every child. This document forms part of your terms of enrolment and sits alongside our Terms of Service and our Returns, Refunds and Cancellations Policy.
Where a player doesn't meet these expectations, we follow the process set out in our Behaviour Management Plan. And where a player needs a more tailored approach, whether that's a diagnosed condition, a learning difference or another need, we work with the family on an Individualised Soccer Support Plan. The expectations stay the same for everyone; the support we wrap around them can look different.
Universal Expectations

When Expectations Aren't Met
Where a player doesn't meet the expectations in this document, we follow a clear and consistent process, set out in full in our Behaviour Management Plan. That plan covers:
-
What we tolerate and what we don't, across our four tiers
-
Our zero-tolerance line for behaviour that puts anyone's safety at risk
-
The step-by-step process our coaches follow in a session
-
How we record sessions and the records we keep
-
What you'll hear from us, and when
Players Who Need More Support
Some children find parts of a session harder than others, and sometimes that's connected to a diagnosed condition, a learning difference, anxiety, or another need. Where that's the case, we work with the family on an Individualised Soccer Support Plan, so the expectations above still apply while the way we support your child to meet them is built around them. You don't need a formal diagnosis to start that conversation.
Cancellations and Weather
If Hollier Sports cancels a session because of weather or anything else outside our control, we'll let you know by email and through our usual channels as early as we can. Affected sessions are offered as a make-up session or a credit. How that works in detail is set out in our Returns, Refunds and Cancellations Policy.
How This Fits With Our Other Policies
These expectations sit at the top of how we run our programs. They work alongside our Behaviour Management Plan, our Individualised Soccer Support Plan, our Medical, Allergy and Medication Policy, our Child Safety Policy, and our Terms of Service. You'll find all of them, with everything else, on our Policies and Important Information page.
